Upwing Energy is searching for a Cleaning Technician to wash parts for assembly. Entry level candidates will be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Wash kitted parts in standards and ultrasonic parts washers prior to assembly 
  • Inspect parts for residues, debris or uncleaned burrs and bag
  • Perform daily maintenance on cleaning equipment and other manufacturing equipment as required, maintaining a work environment free of foreign objects, which could jeopardize equipment 
  • Assist with light assembly, inventory cycle counts, kitting of parts and other tasks as requested 

Skills, Experience, Education, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. 
  • Ability to communicate in English 
  • Familiar with safety protocols in a production environment desirable 
  • Familiar with hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and precision measuring, alignment and testing instruments desirable

  • Must be self-motivated and an independent worker
  • Must be a team player

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

This position will be in the shop environment most of the time. Personal protective equipment should be work in designates shop floor areas.
